	Shipping: Most items ship same day if ordered before noon eastern time via UPS Ground Service and will take anywhere from 2 - 5 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping is available upon request. "Shipping Not Required": When purchasing free shipping items, you may see the phrase "shipping not required" during the checkout process. This means that there is no shipping cost on the item and that the order will ship standard ground service unless expedited shipping is requested. Although we are located in Atlanta, some items may ship from Colorado or Wisconsin. Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any of the US Virgin Islands must call or email for an accurate shipping quote. All orders will be processed in a timely and efficient manner. Return Policy All returns must be authorized by us in advance and meet the following requirements. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and a copy of the invoice must be included in the package with the returned merchandise. All returns are subject to a 5% - 15% restocking charge depending on the product and return shipping costs. All returns must be unused, in original condition, and determined by us to be suitable for resale by us. All returns must be packed in the original containers with all packing material included. Credit card returns will be credited to the customer's account and check payment returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the return of merchandise in good condition. Deck Depot is not responsible for return shipping costs or any shipping damage. Special order items may not be cancelled or returned. Clearance items are sold as is and are not returnable unless they are damaged or not in working condition. In which case we will replace or refund accordingly. Please note: Customer satisfaction is important to us and we understand that every return issue is different. Therefore, in regards to returns, we will consider certain returns that do not meet the aforementioned policy terms and deal with them on a case by case basis. Thank you.
